Despite the current challenges posed by the pandemic, the current administration continues to develop more infrastructure through the Build, Build, Build program. In the long run, this aims to foster economic growth and create more jobs in the country. Various government agencies and private companies are already involved in several projects under this program including Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Acciona's Construction Business (Acciona).
With this, La Camara has invited Sec. Vince Dizon of BCDA and Mr. Ruben Camba, Regional Director Southeast Asia, Acciona's Construction Business on this webinar: Public and Private Sector Updates on the Build, Build, Build Program happening on 12 April 2021 (Monday), 3PM to discuss with us significant public and private sectors updates on their involvement in the Build Build Build Program.

Vivencio Dizon is the current Presidential Adviser on Flagship Programs and Projects, and the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
• Mr. Ruben Camba, Regional Director Southeast Asia, Acciona's Construction Business
Ruben Camba is a Senior Infrastructure Management Executive with 18 years of diverse international experience. Ruben launched Acciona business in Asia in 2016, as Regional Director of South East Asia. Leading the strategy and development of business opportunities in the region, his focus has been the participation in sustainable infrastructure, and establishing strategic partnerships.
