The Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (DCCP) together with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines (CCI France Philippines), the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Advantage Austria are glad to inform you that we are organizing the Diversity and Inclusion in Business Forum on May 30, 2019 in Dusit Thani.
Launched in 2018 as the She for She: Women in Business Forum; the event highlights the solidarity of women as they support fellow women from different industries in pushing forward their respective initiatives in their chosen fields. It aims to become a platform for a dialogue on gender equality and women empowerment. It encourages women to share their struggles and success as working professionals and navigating through their respective careers. Nearly a hundred guests from varied industries participated in the event.
In 2019, for the second edition, we will create a more diverse and inclusive platform with aim to achieve and promote transformative change in business, where successful men and women in different industries in the Philippines share their empowering stories and initiatives in promoting a gender diversity in the workplace. We believe that emerging new and innovative partnerships engaging the civil society, knowledge institutions and private sectors will provide interesting avenues to support gender empowerment and more collective actions.
Diversity and inclusivity is a business imperative today; direct effects on a campaign’s brand, growth, innovation, and hiring practices are at stake!
